What to have ready when you call

You don't need to have anything figured out before you call — that's our job. But if you can, it helps to tell us a few things so we bring the right crew and equipment:

• Your address and the best number to reach you on.
• Where the water is and roughly how much — a damp patch, a steady drip, or standing water across the floor.
• Whether you know the source (burst supply line, failed water heater, dishwasher or washing-machine leak, sewage backup) and whether it's still leaking.
• If you've already shut off the water or the breaker to a wet area.

If it's an active emergency, call first and gather the rest while we're on the way. For non-urgent questions — a past job, an insurance document, or general advice — email works too, and we'll reply as soon as we're off a job.
